Biography

One of the most versatile DJs on the circuit, Octo’s strength and diversity comes from a very rich musical background: A classically trained pianist Octo has also worked as a session guitarist and jammed with the The Brand New Heavies, Reef and even Deep Purple! Growing up with such a broad musical background allows Octo to mix seamlessly between Hip-Hop, Funk, Rock, Electro and Breaks without skipping a beat!

Not content with simply DJing Octo also has also been pioneering web-broadcasting and has been running a very successful Podcast with listeners all over the globe tuning in to hear charts, interviews (inc DJ Craze and DJ Food) and live DJ mixes every month.

In 2007 Octo‘s relentless DJ schedule was rewarded by being voted ‘Bangkok’s Favorite DJ’ in BK Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Awards (the first time the category has existed!).
In Summary, Octo is on a mission to thrill, entertain and surprise audiences with a style that’s never dull but fresh, bold and unique!
